Just set the timer on the app and if the Lone Worker fails to check in at the preset time an alarm will be sent showing their exact location. Just a tap on the screen resets the timer. One push of the panic button can also send a call for help.

The check in timer is adjustable so you can decide how often to check in. More dangerous tasks may require shorter check in times.
